I got a free dessert at dinner. Mmmmm
My friend Danielle from here met us too.
After dinner we spent the night trying to get free things because it was my birthday.
Normally every July 11 ( my birthday) everyone can get free 8 oz slurpies from 7eleven convenience stores because it's 7-11! Well last night they ran out of these cups in Denver. But I asked the lady working if I could just fill up another cup. She said they can't do that. Then I said okay, I bet it has been a busy day for you. I love this day because it's my birthday too. Then I said "goodbye and happy 7-11" and as I was leaving she said "show me" I was like "what" she said show me that it is your birthday. So I showed her my drivers license and she told me I could go and get any size cup and fill it up. Awesome!!! What a nice lady. This picture above is her and me and my slurpie.
Next we found a guy playing guitar and I asked him if he could play me a birthday song. So he did. Not the best birthday song ever but I still felt special.
I also got free coffee beans from two Starbucks and a 10%discount at the chocolate factory. Pretty good birthday!

What a beautiful night for a walk.
This afternoon we are hanging out in the park and going to the opera later.
